This is a time of year for kindness and generosity… but sometimes you simply mess things up. In the video below I share how I handled a situation where I did something wrong… and owned it. We all need to keep rising to our best self and be a person of integrity, speak what we truly feel with mindfulness and openness… way easier said than done right?
I know that the information in the video below might seem deceptively simple, but it could change everything for you, if you too go inside and ask yourself who you need to say you’re sorry to. I promise it will make you feel lighter, brighter and more like yourself again.
So Happy Early Start to the Holidays.
Watch below now…
Then post your thoughts, comments or question
below the video, I love hearing from you.
There is one person,FroM whom i am parted in this world , to whom I am constantly saying, through the ether, ‘i am sorry, i Am sorry I love you, forgive me’.,I know he has. But till we are together i must kerp saying it (my novel, i now see, was another way of saying it to him, the ‘hero, he understood). But you Know, as for thevcrucifixin, no remorse can make the pain not have happened. But there is a l l vely shakespeare sonnet, do you know it, ending ‘ah but thy tears are pearl …’ That says it -and ransoms it -, all, most ( in your words), gracioysly..look firward, ruth
GORGEOUS RUTH,
ITS POWERFUL TO SAY YOU’RE SORRY, AND TO ALLOW FOR GROWTH EVEN FOR THOSE THAT ARE NO LONGER HERE!
THANK YOU FOR SHARING!

as a news reporter for 40 years, I proceeded with love and friendship while I also endeavored to find the truth and tell it, unlike other news professionals whose whole ego driven interest was invested in their quest for headlines. My personal was in the community and the people who make it what it is. A great experience in life unfolds when we approach everyone with love, acceptance and compassion, no matter who they are and what they do without respect to governmental or societal rules. Rules and judgment lead to setting people apart from one another. I am writing novels in the same way as I approached people in the news. Though the characters are imaginary, they receive from me the same love and respect as if they were real, because there is really no right or wrong, when we have love in our heart and when we know what life is really all about in all its aspects. As we go along, we will misstep or misspeak. it has been said, to err is human and to love is divine. we ask forgiveness by admitting a mistake. Then, we can reset the balance. to restore the relationship with a person along with humanity. That is why romance is a part of every great story, because it speaks to what we are as individuals and collectively within the universe. If we use the word God, we confuse matters, because there are too many definitions, mental ideas about God. But, when we speak about the experience of love, all those differences fade away between individuals.
POWERFUL JOEL,

I like what you said regarding you being in a phase of your life that you are more selective about who you have in your life. I am in that phase right now because I am wanting to transition to a new level of being and am interacting with those who are mentoring my path more. My celebrity question is … What do you say to those who ask, “why aren’t you available for me the way you used to be?” This is difficult to me because I do not want to hurt their feelings and yet I need to be in integrity… Thank you, Lisa
GORGEOUS LISA,
THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT QUESTION, MY SUPERSTAR! PERSONALLY IF A FRIEND ASKS I TEND TO BE REALLY HONEST BUT WITH LOVE AND KINDNESS, WITHOUT BEING RUDE. IT MIGHT TEMPORARILY HURT A FRIENDS “FEELINGS” BUT I THINK IT’S AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH, AND ALSO TO SHOW HOW YOU’RE SHIFTING, AND I BELIEVE THAT WHEN YOU’RE IN INTEGRITY YOU KEEP EXPANDING AND ATTRACT THE RIGHT FRIENDS AND PEOPLE AROUND YOU. YOU HAVE TO BE TRUE TO YOURSELF AND CHANGE THE WAY THAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU, NOT RIGHT FOR OTHERS. – INGRID ELFVER
